Noise vase

Noise vase
2024
Materials: Porcelain, transparent glaze
The limited vase series of each 100 pieces in three different sizes is 3d-printed in porcelain and has a noise pattern surface. Noise is a method of creating patterns based on pseudo-random gradient values. This technique, originally developed for film, can simulate natural phenomena such as clouds, landscapes and water. The use of noise patterns makes it possible to use a visual language that blurs the boundaries between reality and the digital.
